Elite Operations provides our clients with “Charter Concierge” services when your operations require using a project manager who will coordinate your flight with the charter operator, handling agents, crew, passengers, government authorities, etc. This service is especially designed to coordinate your ad hoc and VIP charters or flights into operationally challenging airports.
Our Highly Skilled Operations Reps:
- Integrate with the charterer, airline ops, maintenance, crew, local vendors and agencies
- Supervise handlers, cleaners, caterers, fuelers, security, etc. to ensure efficient service
- Communicate arrival/departure information and any other pertinent information
- Guarantee flight plans are delivered to flight crews and brief crews on operations status
- Procure, where required, catering, transport and other unplanned events
- Provide oversight of load/offload of baggage, cargo, passengers and customs clearances
- Organize local crew hotel accommodations, transportation when requested
- Arrange, in the event of unplanned diversions, all of the above if the aircraft must divert away from the planned destination airport
Our Ground Security Coordinators:
Elite Operations offers approved “Ground Security Coordinators” at selected locations to provide and monitor the security of both airport and aircraft.
All U.S. registered carriers are required by the TSA to provide a Coordinator to monitor the security environment throughout an operation. Elite Operations provides a unique “Off Site” screening solution. Elite Operations can coordinate screening at locations such as sporting events or hotels for special charters. Screeners and GSC’s are coordinated to ensure this type of screening process is within TSA regulatory compliance.
Elite Operations will also ensure the screeners are within TSA training and background check compliance on behalf of the airline.
